29th Women of Wisdom Conference - March 11-14, 2021 - Online
In preparation for the upcoming Women of Wisdom conference, the director, Kris Steinnes, conducted an interview (first time on video!) with me that I want to share with you.
Listen to this half hour interview to find out:
- If you are one out of five who have special characteristics that make you different from others OR that makes you highly sensitive
- What about this pandemic may be especially challenging for you
- How your special qualities of deep caring and compassion may drive you to reach for those cookies
- What is going on when everyone wants a piece of you, it's all too much and you find yourself desperately needing to escape and find yourself reaching for food.
And what you can do about it! I will introduce the three steps to manage your energy, protect from overstimulation and ground in your own sovereign self.
As an empath, your gentle presence is a blessing in this troubled world. With your sixth sense, you are attuned to the rhythm of the earth. With your heightened awareness, you already know we are all interconnected because you feel this vibration of compassion in your own body.
Being sensitive is not easy in a world that can feel so harsh. Connection with a community of other intuitives is imperative to banish shame and to know you are not alone. Together, we can support each other to find safety and to embrace our empathic loving hearts. As we do, our gift of sensitivity greatly contributes to the emergence of homo noeticus- the new human, which is the next stage of evolution on the planet.
I will be presenting at the upcoming 29thannual Women of Wisdom conference this workshop Sensitive and Sovereign; Discover the Secret behind your Overeating on Friday, March 12thfrom 3 to 5 pm Pacific time. The conference will be held virtually from March 11th through March 15th, 2021. It will be held online this year, so no matter where you live, you can join us via zoom. Yes!
